What do the different sizes of the miniatures mean? These are some of the common tabletop sizes. The milimeter refers to the distance from the ground to the eyes of a human miniature. You can see the comparison in the picture. All other types of miniatures are then in this scale, so that they fit together. If you have any questions or would like to have a miniature in a different size, please contact us. We will then see if your desired size can be realized and send you a non-binding offer. You can reach us here: Contact MegaSonicPunch

What material are the miniatures made of?Our resin for the miniatures is soy-based and biodegradable. This makes it much more environmentally friendly than conventional resin. For very large and voluminous miniatures, and only where the model allows it, we print the miniature hollow inside to save material. To allow the excess resin to run out during printing, holes are positioned in less visible places on the model. These holes can be closed very well before priming and painting with modeling compound.

What material are the buildings and larger 3D prints made of?For our buildings and larger prints we use PolyTerra PLA. The material is supplied on recyclable cardboard rolls and is made from corn starch. The manufacturer plants an additional tree for each roll of material sold. It is also more compostable than other PLA types. If you are interested in more detail, you can get more information from the manufacturer here: Compostability PolyTerra However, smaller parts in multi-part prints are then printed with bio resin for more detail.

How long does the shipping take?A good question. As the 3D prints are only produced after you place your order, it can take a few days for the delivery to reach you. Depending on the volume of orders, you can expect a production time of around 5-20 working days. From then on, it usually takes 2-3 working days for DHL to reach you within Germany. The delivery time (according to DHL) within the EU is around 7-10 working days. Outside the EU: USA - 10-15 working days (DHL delivery time) Canada - 20-30 working days (DHL delivery time) Australia - 11-25 working days (DHL delivery time) Great Britain - 3-6 working days (DHL delivery time) Switzerland - 4-7 working days (DHL delivery time) As I have become a father, the production of your order can sometimes be delayed, which is why the delivery times can be longer. However, you will be informed accordingly. Of course we will do our absolute best to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible, we promise.
